Yes — if your bin will be placed on city property (such as a street, sidewalk, or right-of-way), it’s your responsibility to check with the city or town to determine if a permit is required.
If a permit is needed, please ensure it’s approved and in place before delivery.
If the bin must be moved due to missing permits and it’s not a scheduled pickup, a dry run/relocation fee will apply.

Safety is our top priority. Overfilled bins are unsafe for our drivers to secure or tarp properly. If the load exceeds the fill line, it’s the customer’s responsibility to remove excess material before pickup, or a second bin may be required.
If the bin remains on-site past the 7-day rental period while waiting to be offloaded, additional rental day and/or dry run fees may apply.

During pickup, our trucks cover the waste with a tarp to prevent garbage from blowing away, as required by law.
It’s your responsibility to keep the load level below the top and evenly distributed. This helps avoid extra fees if the driver needs to redistribute the load or cannot take the bin because it’s overloaded.
If your bin exceeds the maximum weight limit and our driver can’t lift it, you’ll need to remove some of the material to bring it within our lifting capacity.
If you can’t adjust the load while the driver is onsite, a dry run fee will apply.
Need more space? A second bin can be delivered at your request. If we have to unload the overweight bin into a second bin or back onto your property because you didn’t respond, an unloading fee will apply, and you may also be charged for the extra bin.
Check our Terms of Service for a full breakdown of additional fees.

When you’re done with the bin, just call or message us. We’ll set up a pickup time that works for you.
Most pickups are same-day, but during busy times it can take 1–2 days. If you need it gone by a certain date, give us at least 1 day’s notice.
If a driver arrives for pickup or swap and can’t access the bin due to a vehicle, equipment, or other obstruction in front of or beside it, they’ll attempt to contact you by text and phone.
If they’re unable to reach you and the bin remains blocked, it will be left on-site and a dry run fee will apply.
